About Us

Pheasant Ridge Farm is a small family farm in Southeastern Minnesota. It is co-owned and operated by husband and wife team, Chelsea and Nate Pearson. Recently married, we met in 2018 and bonded over our mutual love of the outdoors and gardening. We both had dreams of farming where we could feed our local community.  Our farm is just shy of 6 acres with full sun exposure and we strive to farm sustainably, using organic principals. It's our goal to grow healthy, nutritious food free of chemicals and additives. 

Pheasant Ridge Farm focuses on being a fresh produce farm that offers locals a variety of fresh farm products. We  specialize in vegetables, herbs and eggs but additionally offer pasture raised chicken, turkey, duck and pork. Each year we offer several options in our CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) Shares, (think of it as a weekly vegetable subscription where you get to eat with the season).

On our farm, Nate works with the animals and is the main machine operator while Chelsea handles farm planning and management. We both do the field work of planting, weeding and harvesting. Together we attend the weekly Lacrescent Mn Farmers Market and pack CSA bags for pick up. We both work full time jobs off the farm where Nate is in Public Service and Chelsea is a Chef.
